Tracey over at tracyecakes tagged me to write ten random things about myself and then tag five people… so here goes:
1. I'm a fairly good shot with a handgun. I have plaques to prove it.
2. I never learned my multiplication tables in school. We moved from one school before they taught them and arrived in the next after. It took me forever to remember them and they still aren't automatic.
3. I met The Cop less than 9 months before marrying him. My best friend realized he was "the one" before I did.
4. I can't drive a stick. I don't want to learn how. I'm afraid if I ever do my Dad will want me to drive his tractor.
5. The Cop has a BMW Touring Motorcycle. I hate motorcycles except when we are riding together, then I LOVE it.
6. My favorite ice cream flavor is Ben & Jerry's Phish Food, my favorite Easter Candy is Cadbury Eggs, my favorite desert is a pan of Brownies....I have a thing for chocolate, no?
7. I love steamed oysters but hate all fish but Salmon.
8. I had a valid K-4 teaching certificate in NC and SC and never used it. I'd like to work in a school one day, but as a classroom assistant, not a teacher.
9. I attended 3 High Schools in 3 states over 4 years and still gratuated in the top 10% of my class.
10. I once wanted 5 children...then I had 2. I'm good with what I've got!
Now I have to tag 5 people:
Kimcheeandbacon, hunkydorynico, pitchhit, normalsmormal, and snugglebunniesmommy you're up!
And while you are at it, check out Tracye's Cakes! They are postively awesome! They look too good to eat! I was impressed with her skills and then I discovered she's only been doing fondant cakes since last June. Holy Cow! This woman is amazing! A true artist!

Wow! You are an enigma!
I have a handgun, but I'm not sure how great I am with it; I have no plaques, that's for sure! Hubby does, though. He was a sniper on the SWAT team, and taught a sniper class to the army.
I never learned mine, either. But I don't have an excuse, other than that I was lazy. Was??? Sorry, am.
9 months? What took so long? ;)
My friend and I learned to drive on a stick... when we were 14! After her family would go to sleep, we'd push her sister's convertible out into the street, where'd we'd start it up and cruise the strip.
Our COP has one, too. I don't like them at all!!! Hubby used to ride one long before me.
Number 6? Yes, yes, and yes!
Ugh. Oysters. Just can't.
I taught for five years. Art was the only constant subject.
I was seven-tenths of one point away from being Salutatorian. Burns me up to this day.
I never wanted kids. Then I had one and thought she was plenty. Then I had another one, and need one or two more!
Thanks for the compliments. Love your random things!
